Thermal Heart™

Released in 2008 as part of Vantage’s high performance Designer Series, this innovative product range is ideal for those jobs where minimising cold and heat transfer is a priority. Its release coincides with new Government requirements on energy efficiency in homes and growing awareness regarding energy consumption within the broader community.

When combined with double-glazing, the Designer Series Thermal Heart™ windows and doors meet contemporary aspirations for energy conservation and comfortable interior temperatures. In terms of thermal efficiency, this new product range rates 32% better than standard double glazed windows and doors.

Thermal Heart™ products include a glass fibre-reinforced nylon insulator or thermal break between the aluminium exterior and interior elements. This break minimizes heat transfer between the interior and exterior elements. The extra insulation provided by Thermal Heart™ technology allows designers additional flexibility when achieving Building Code compliance with houses that incorporate large areas of glazing.

A comprehensive suite of Designer Series Thermal Heart™ products is offered – awning, casement, and bi-fold windows, hinged and bi-fold doors. Designer Series Thermal Heart™ not only offers excellent suitability for thermal performance but is capable of impressive product sizes allowing the large heights and spans sought by many designers and homeowners to be achieved (doors are suitable to heights of 2.7m).

An added benefit of this range is that the unique thermal insulator jointing method allows a different choice of colour to complement both internal and external colour palettes resulting in one colour on the outside and another on the inside.

ANDO™

Architectural Window Systems (AWS) developed the ANDO™ range of aluminium window and door hardware in 2006. This unique range of aluminium window and door hardware is exclusive to Vantage and Elevate™ Aluminium Systems. The range was originally developed to compliment the modern design, clean lines and sleek look of the Vantage Designer Series and has since grown to incorporate a full suite of products suitable for use in residential and architectural applications.

ANDO™ hardware is available in a variety of finishes, to compliment the wide range of finishes available on the Vantage or Elevate™ aluminium windows and doors. Many of the ANDO™ hardware items can be specified in 316 marine grade stainless steel, ensuring all ANDO™ products have exceptional corrosion resistance.

Available across the entire range of aluminium window and door applications the ANDO™ range offers a family appearance providing consistency throughout your entire project.

ICON™

The ICON™ hardware range is a completely integrated range of 316 grade stainless steel hardware for aluminium windows and doors.

The range offers superior weathering performance and outstanding durability to the elements. ICON™ was developed for use with Architectural Window Systems (AWS) aluminium window and door systems. The range incorporates a square-edge, rectilinear look which complements the lines of the Vantage Designer Series of aluminium windows and doors.

The range includes a lever lock, a sliding door grip and flush pull, a bi-fold swivel operator and a window fastener.

MIRO™

The MIRO™ hardware range offers an extensive assortment of matching hardware for Vantage aluminium windows and doors.

The hardware is designed with sleek, natural lines, ensuring a comfortable grip. MIRO™ breaks new ground in the industry by allowing homeowners the ability to have a consistent appearance throughout their aluminium joinery.

The extensive range is home to lever locks, sliding door grips, a bi-fold swivel operator and a wedge-less window fastener.
